From owning a Barbie Dreamhouse to owning his own home, Stockton native Timmy Keopadubsy-Chavez has always been interested in real estate. His career initially led him to develop a variety of different skills, including customer service, medical billing, and data entry, while he distinguished himself as an employee of the year and perfect attendee. Despite his success in these fields, Timmy wanted to help others in a more direct way. When he purchased his third home, he realized that a career as an agent would be the perfect fit.
 
A true people person, Timmy makes genuine connections with everyone he meets. He takes the time to get to know every client, understanding them on both a personal and professional level. Timmy is a reliable, honest, and motivated agent, and he pays attention to every last detail. He is particularly passionate about demystifying the real estate process for first-time buyers.
 
In his free time, Timmy enjoys crafting and learning about new technology. A big Disney fan, he treasures the magical memories he makes with his family at Disneyland.
