Princess Mackan believes the American dream is real — she has seen it for herself. Neither of her parents spoke English when they immigrated from Mexico, but they set an example of hard work, respect, and kindness that Princess has carried with her throughout her own career.
 
Born and raised in Modesto, California, Princess earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Stanislaus and set her sights on her childhood ambition of becoming a real estate professional. With that in mind, her studies encompassed several aspects of real estate, such as marketing, management, and finance. She then became a Realtor® in 2019, after which she gained further experience working with a property management firm in Modesto and a real estate team in San Francisco.
 
The essential key to effectively applying all that expertise is Princess’ desire to serve others. She especially likes working with first-time buyers; helping them with what may be the biggest purchase of their life is personally fulfilling for her. It’s always rewarding for her to see yet another successful achievement of the American dream.
 
Princess enjoys spending spare time with family and friends. When she goes hiking in the mountains, her dog always gets to come along.
